I am a child You

Formed with Your hand to

Bring me into this life

I am the clay You

Hold in Your sway to

Shape into what You like

You are Creator, Beautiful Maker

You put the stars in place

You are the Potter, there is no other

I am a child You

Called to Your side to

Redeem me as Your own

I am the slave whom

You came to rescue

And make in me Your home

You are Redeemer, Sinner Receiver

You put the cross in place

You are the Savior, granting us favor

I am a child You

Fathered and made new

Loving me in my night

I am the broken

Yet You have spoken

Breathing me into life

You are Sustainer, Author and Painter

You put the plan in place

You are the Alpha, and the Omega
